So glad you could visit my website. Feel free to look around. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact me. I do hope you find a book or two (or more) that suits your fancy, and that you can enjoy reading over and over again.

Mystery makes me happy! I love trying to figure out who-done-it and how. No matter the setting: medieval, contemporary, or fantasy - cozy, police procedural, or PI, I love them all. Since you're here, you must love them too. I watch them on TV and in the movies. If I don't find what I'm looking for, I write it myself. That's what I do. I have a blast doing it.

On the following pages you'll see books I've written as well as what I'm currently doing. Oh, and you can learn a little bit about me also.

I hope you enjoy your time here, read my books, and post reviews on-line at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Goodreads.

Thank you for coming. I hope to hear from you soon.

Reviews for some of my books:

Review of Something Old
This book was absolutely incredible! I couldn't put it down!!! Mary Ann Carman did an excellent job of pulling the story together with the romance and mystery...Definitely would recommend!!! Ready to start the next book in her series.

Review of Never To Love
I just finished Mary Ann Carman's book Never To Love. It reminded me of how good a historical romance could be - and I loved the paranormal elements! She didn't dumb down her book either as they have with historical romances in recent years. She took her time and kept her characters in their time frame. It was a refreshing jaunt into the past.

Who Am I?
I'm the author of three different series of books. I love writing; it's so much fun I just couldn't keep it in one genre.

Never To Love is the first book in the Clan Hewit Trilogy. These books started way back in the '90s when I
decided I could write as well as the authors I was reading. Off I went with three years of research into the
medieval lives of characters living in Ireland and England  – what they did, what they wore, how they spoke,
and many other interesting areas of their lives. I read and probed everything I could find, even working
with a book store in Ireland to get books not available here in the states.

Something Old is the first book in the series Love After Life. It is a contemporary cozy mystery set in Southern Arizona and Southern California with a jaunt to Hawaii in one of them. I'm only two books into the series and have no idea right now where it will take me. There are paranormal elements in most all of my books but especially this series. I do hope you enjoy it. Let me know what you think.

Chronicles Between the Pages is a fantasy series. The first, It's About Time, was supposed to be a stand-alone fantasy when I started, but  it finished with a lead-in to the next book. This is another series that I plan to continue for quite a while.
